Storm & Debris Removal in Manistee County

Brush, branches, tarping, haul. Hand work for what the mower can't touch.

Sometimes a lawn doesn't need mowing — it needs cleanup first. Storm took down a couple branches. New owners arrived to a year of neglect. A pile of brush in the back has been there since last fall. That's our debris removal service.

We do hand work. Brush, branches, tarp it, haul it. We don't do tree takedowns (we'll refer you to a tree service for anything climbing), but anything below mower height that needs to leave the property — we handle.

What's included

  • Brush and branch removal — hand cutting where needed
  • Storm cleanup after a high-wind event
  • Tarping and hauling to a dump
  • Light clearing of overgrown areas
  • Cleanup of yards inherited in a property purchase

How it works

  1. 1

    Walk the property

We do a quick walk-through or photo review to estimate hours and confirm there's nothing requiring a tree service (climbing, chainsaw on a trunk).

  2. 2

    Hourly quote

We give you an estimated hour range. We'd rather over-estimate than under-deliver.

  3. 3

    Cleanup visit

We work efficiently in a focused window. Hauling happens at the end of the visit.

  4. 4

    Itemized invoice

Hours billed at our hourly rate, dump fees passed through at cost. No surprises.

Who this is for

  • Homeowners post-storm
  • New owners cleaning up an inherited mess
  • Cottage owners arriving to find a windfall in the yard
  • Property managers prepping a unit between guests

What makes our debris removal different

  • Hauled and dumped — not piled at the curb
  • Hourly billing — you only pay for time on-site
  • Dump fees passed through at cost — we don't mark them up

Frequently asked

  • Do you do tree takedowns?

No — anything that needs a chainsaw on a trunk or climbing gear we refer to a local tree service. We can clean up the debris after the tree service is done.

  • Will you give me a flat price instead of hourly?

For very predictable cleanups, sometimes. For storm cleanups and overgrown properties, hourly is more honest — we don't always know what's underneath until we start.

  • Do dump fees come out of the hourly rate or get charged separately?

Separate, passed through at cost. Hourly rate is for labor only.
