Weekly service

Weekly Lawn Mowing in Manistee County

Mow, edge, blow off the hard surfaces. Same day every week. Photo to your phone before we leave the driveway.

Weekly mowing is the core of what we do. Same crew, same day every week, across Bear Lake, Onekama, Manistee, Filer Township, Arcadia, and Eastlake. Your lawn gets cut on a route, not on a guess — we hold a slot for you and your neighbors all season.

We mow, edge sidewalks and driveways, and blow off the hard surfaces before we leave. You get a photo of the finished property in your inbox or by text. That's the standard, every visit.

  • Edge sidewalks, driveways, and bed lines

How it works

  1. 1

    Get your price

Tell us your address and a few details. You'll see a tiered estimate in about 60 seconds.

  2. 2

    Pick your day

We assign you to the route day that fits — Bear Lake area is Monday, Onekama Tuesday, Manistee city Wednesday, and so on. Day stays fixed all season.

  3. 3

    We mow

Mow, edge, blow. Standard cut height is 3.0–3.5 inches, adjusted for the season and your lawn's condition.

  4. 4

    You get a photo

A picture of the finished property hits your phone before we leave the driveway. If anything needs flagging — broken sprinkler head, low tree limb — we tell you.

Who this is for

  • Year-round homeowners who want a no-think recurring service
  • Retirees who'd rather hand it off than ride the mower in July
  • Anyone tired of last week's lawn guy not showing up

Frequently asked

  • What if it rains on my day?

If it's heavy rain or storms, we push the visit to the next available day and text you by 7 AM. We don't skip — we reschedule.

  • Do I need to be home?

Almost never. Most of our customers are at work or out of town when we visit. If there's a gate code, we save it in your account.

  • How are prices determined?

By lot size tier, with small surcharges for things like lake frontage, significant slope, or dog cleanup. Our pricing page shows the full matrix.

  • Can I switch from weekly to biweekly mid-season?

Yes, especially in August when growth slows. We confirm the change in writing so we're aligned on which weeks you're on.

  • What height do you cut at?

3.0–3.5 inches as a default, taller in mid-summer drought. We adjust based on your lawn's color, texture, and the temperature trend.
