Snow Plowing · Launching November 2026

Snow plowing in Manistee County

We're launching residential and light-commercial snow plowing for the winter 2026–27 season. Get on the waitlist now and lock in your spot before contracts open in October.

❄️  Pre-booking is open for winter 2026–27.

Year 1 capacity is limited. Existing weekly mowing customers get first call when contracts open in October. The waitlist locks in your priority — no commitment, no payment until you sign.

What the service will look like

Two pricing models, the same approach we use for mowing — honest and on the website before you call.

Per-push residential

We plow your driveway when accumulation triggers the threshold in your agreement. You pay only for the events we run. Best for owners who want flexibility and don't mind a per-event invoice.

Seasonal contracts

Flat seasonal price for unlimited plowing November through March. Best for owners who want predictable budgeting and an already-plowed driveway every time they pull in. Most Cottage Care customers default to seasonal.

Exact pricing tiers publish in October, alongside the mowing tiers on the pricing page.

Why launch snow now?

Mowing and snow plowing both depend on route density — you make money by being on the same streets repeatedly. The mowing route we'll build through summer 2026 is the same route we'd run for snow. Adding snow keeps the business running year-round and lets us hold continuity with the customers we've already built relationships with.

For Cottage Care customers, snow plowing is the obvious extension: if we're already responsible for the property from May through October, handing it off to a different snow vendor in November doesn't make sense. We'll be there.

Frequently asked

  • When does snow plowing actually start?

We're aiming for November 2026 — the standard 'first plowable event' timing for Northern Michigan. We commit by mid-October if Year 1 mowing cash flow supports the equipment. If conditions force us to push to Year 2, customers on the waitlist hear first.

  • Will pricing be tiered like mowing?

Mostly. Per-push residential will scale with snowfall depth (1–3", 3–6", 6–9", 9–12", 12"+). Seasonal contracts will be flat per driveway size with optional walks-shoveling and salt application add-ons. Pricing locks in October.

  • Do you give priority to current weekly mowing customers?

Yes. We'd rather keep one customer relationship running all twelve months than churn the route every six. Current mowing customers get first call when we open snow contracts in October.

  • What areas will snow plowing cover?

The same service area as mowing — Bear Lake, Onekama, Manistee, Filer Township, Arcadia, Eastlake, Frankfort (Monday extension), and Cadillac. Snow routes follow the same day-of-week logic, with on-demand response for major storm events.

  • How do I get on the waitlist?

Submit a quote with 'Snow' selected as the service. We capture your property details now and reach out in October when contracts open. You're under no obligation until you sign — the waitlist just gets you the first call.
